Curation project - a recommendation engine that helps decide which brands & products to partner with, which products to take over, optimal negotiation prices, and expected gross margin per deal.
- Took full ownership after minimal handover and successfully delivered the project to production.
- Reverse-engineered the complex business logic from the codebase and fixed 15 critical launch-blocking bugs within first 4 weeks.
- Completed and shipped all core features required for launch: Margin Comparator, Price Recommendation Logic, Brands/Products Overview.
- Designed and executed the data migration from old version (covering 500 brands), with complete backfill of missing fields and data quality fixes.
- Collaborated with business stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful production launch.

Luxembourg Customs Clearance System (LUCCS) – Unified customs platform
- Streamlined task kickoff by designing a feature template, cutting delays by 0.5–1 day (80% fewer clarifications, 5–20% faster development).
- Identified and resolved a critical terminology error, cutting production failure risk by 100% and saving the client potential financial losses.
- Automated data population for 4 services, saving 20 hours monthly.

- Refactored three of the project services, within which it was possible to reduce 25-35% of the code and make it more understandable for other developers. This doubled the speed of development related to these services.
- Wrote documentation on the architecture of the project, which helped newcomers and the production support team get involved in the project twice faster.
- Developed integration tests for controllers in two services of the project, which made it easier to write tests in the future, increased coverage for services that do not contain logic and increased the speed of development related to these services.
- Developed a service that reduced manual client actions from multiple requests (from 2 to 1000) and average execution time from 30 minutes to 5, developed a lambda that helped the client to get rid of manual actions to collect incidents and developed one more service that helped to get rid of manual actions in data migration and shortened the migration time from two months to two days, taking into account the verification of the result.
